What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, check, or money order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and government IMPAC cards. Checks and money orders must contain the customer’s name, address, phone number, and order number. Required credit card information includes the billing address, name as it appears on the card, expiration date, and the CVV2 (Card Verification Value) number.

When is payment due for telephone orders?

Payments are due at the time of the order. With prior approval, orders can be invoiced with Net 30 terms. Past due accounts are subject to late fees.

What if I can’t find the product I want?

We can help you find and customize, almost anything, thanks to many years of experience and an extensive supplier network. Please contact us and let us know what you’re looking for.

What shipping methods are available?

We use UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. APO and APE orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Can I return an order?

Requests for replacements due to errors or damage must be submitted within 30 days of order receipt. Mistakes due to customer error or inadequate proofing are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cancelled before production begins will be subject to a cancellation fee. Orders cancelled during production require payment of any incurred art or set up fees as well as a cancellation fee.

Can I combine mug styles to reach the minimum order quantity?

Yes. The minimum of 12 does not all have to be the same style or color.

Can each mug in an order have different imprints?

Yes. Each person can have their individual name, aircraft, wings, etc., desired on their mug.

Are there art or setup charges for the custom mugs?

Yes. New artwork requires a one-time setup fee, which may vary based on the design. One free setup is allowed for every 72 pieces ordered.

What if I want an imprint with a specific jet, tank, or other image?

MSC maintains a large database of military images, including wings, badges, and aircraft, as well as official and popular insignia. If we don’t have it, we’ll help you create it. Please contact us for more information.

Can I get a pre-production sample?

Yes. Samples can be made for firm orders on request, although sample requests lengthen the total production time. Changes made after the sample is produced are subject to additional fees.

What is the production time for custom mugs and tankards?

Normal production time for ivory mugs is 6 to 8 weeks. Please allow additional time for colored mugs and for delivery of overseas orders.

Is there a maximum length for mug personalization?

Yes. Personalization is limited to approximately 20 characters, including spaces.

Is gold trimming on mugs microwave/dishwasher safe?

Microwave safe gold can be requested at no extra charge. Mugs can be put in the dishwasher, but the imprints may wear off over time. We recommend hand washing.
