If it is determined that we made an error with your order, we will replace the product free of charge. If a product (e.g. custom mug) breaks during shipment, contact Military Service Company immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping provider and replace the goods as quickly as possible. If it is determined the problem is no fault of our own, we will work with you to resolve the problem to your satisfaction with as little expense to you as possible.
